I was needing to replace the arm rests on my gaming chair and these match almost perfectly. By looking at them, you would think they are identical to the original, but there are some slight differences. They are a little more firm the the original rests. They are still somewhat squishy, but no as much as the original. The screw depth is also slightly different. I had to mix and match my original hardware with what was included to get them installed properly. The only negative I would say was that they were packaged with the screws in-between one of the pads, so there are indentations left by the screws in the pad material. These may eventually disappear, but it would have been nice to make sure the screws didn’t make the marks to begin with. Overall, the product works, and is as advertised. I would have no problem ordering again if a replacement was necessary.
