This is great! I color my hair about every 4 or 5 weeks. I use this spray mainly on my part when some gray starts to show. Plus, my hair is a little thinner there, and the root spray kind of fills it in, so it doesn’t look as thin. I also have a couple of cowlicks at the top back of my head that show more as my roots get lighter. This spray helps make them not show so much. I color my hair a dark chocolate brown color. I’ve found that the medium brown root spray works well. You can feel it in your hair if you touch it. It’s a little stiff like, I guess you can say. Looking at it, to me, it doesn’t look that way. And it will come off on your fingers when you touch it, of course. I wash my hair every night. I only use a cream or mousse product in my hair and the root spray. I wash my hair normal, not scrubbing hard. Normally, my roots are still covered enough to suit me the next day. So I just need to use the spray every other day. It is easy to use. Hold a few inches from your head. Use a light sweeping motion until it’s colored in how you want. I do put an old towel around my shoulders when I spray. Just in case.
